It's a bug in how Cambium is doing Mac-Telnet, I beleive it will be fixed in the next release.  If you don't plan on using mac-telnet disable it on all the devices.

Actually every ePMP device send MNDP packet every 30 seconds acoording to MNDP specification.

However on Sector with more than 30 SMs it looks like it happens every second.

We are already working on improvements related to MNDP transmission.
