Incorrect Country Code (should be United States but is ETSI)

we have received 15+ ePMP 2000 units

most are incorrectly setup with ETSI Country Code & cannot be changed.

we received 6 replacements, 5 of 6 are the same.

difficult to get help through channels.. been trying for 1 week

Sorry about this Roland... when you say "through channels", is there a support case opened already?  If so, I can help escalate it and get the right folks engaged.
