Not received PONG for the last ping ?

What does this mean?

SM is 3.2.2 and AP is 3.4.1

Hi Matt,

Do you see this message in ePMP system log?
In case answer is yes, it is indicate you have connectivity issues with cnMaestro server.

Yes.  Thank you.

I'm getting this message agian on an SM.  Why would this cause all of the SM's on the AP to dissconnect?

I am new to the woderful world of being a WISP owner, but not to RF. Sounds to me like you have high interference at that AP, and it can not "hear" the SM's and the hence the "no pong for last ping", and the disconnections.

PONG messages supposed to be received from cnMaestro system. This message is a result of the lost connection between AP and SM as well as SM drops.
