Does anyone know if the timing on the packetflux injection is the same as the epmp onboard gps? I need to know if I am able to use packetflux to sync a site with another site that uses the onboard gps.

you can mix and match your GPS sync sources. the KB section has further details on how exactly to configure your radios.
