Query PTP ePMP1000 with SM and AP

Good morning to obtain a PTP sync with EPMP 1000, you must use 2 AP with sync? or you can use an AP and SM? thus the sync would be lost?

Hello,

Only the device in AP mode needs sync, as the AP will control the timing for both the DL and UL cycles, communicating to the device in SM mode when to transmit or receive.
