SMs are connected to the APs,but there is no communication

hello, I have problem with 3 epmp1000 sync in same location

SMs are connected to the APs, but there is no response from it, if I make "wireless link test" it fails, as a consequence, PPPoE does not establish.

voltag  of AP : 22.7-23.4 V

If I derigister SM on AP, it start working again

firmware : 3.5.1 , ratio 75/25, synchronization source: gps.

I tried:

-change frequency

- from 40Mhz to 20mhz

- change hardware with others epmp1000 sync

thank you giuseppe4, but I have other location with 1000 sync 3.5.1 and they work very well.

maybe voltag  of AP : 22.7-23.4 V is low?

I increased voltage to 27V.

I'm monitoring.

thanks

nothing has changed, any idea?

Hi,

Please to downgrade affected APs to 3.4.1.

Issue sounds like known issue with traffic stuck on 3.5 and 3.5.1.

It is not always reproducible and not on the all sites.

Please let s know results after downgrade.

Thank you.

hi, thanks

i did donwgrade, but nothing has changed.

some time the SMs disconnect of AP.

Good night!

How was this failure resolved?

I'm going through the same problem!!

Thanks

I'm wating after downgrade to 3.4.1

Good Morning!

I'm starting a new Cambium network and trying to install my first client, but I could not!

I did down and upgrade the epmp2000 versions but Force 190 sees the AP but does not connect ....

Someone who can access and configure and support me if something is missing?

Thank you! André

Hi Andre,

This doesn't sound like the same issue as this thread. You may want to open a new thread on this. If you can't get a single F190 to connect to an ePMP 2000, then we have to look closer at your configuration. But before that, can you post a screenshot of the Monitor->Wireless page of your SM when it sees the AP but fails to connect?

Also, please post screenshots of your Configuration -> Radio page from both the AP (ePMP 2000) and SM (Force 190).

hello,

with 3.4.1 i have not the  problem, SMs are connect  correctly at APs.

thank you

I had this same issue.  Downgraded to the 3.4.1 on all SMs first, then on the AP.  Issue resolved!! Been running pings on all SMs for the last week and 0% packet loss.
