ePMP 1000 upgraded to 3.5.1 can't login

I did factory reset and default of admin admin isn’t working. I used the power cycle technique to reset it. I’ve also tried my previous login credentials. Help

Try clearing the cache on your browser or a different browser.  That happens when you go from pre-3.4 to 3.4 or greater I think.
