General Error Occured when tring to access via web

Hi,

I 'm trying to access my sm ubnt XW with elevate software v. 3.41 . After register the SM to the AP, and tring to access via web on port 80 it appears  general  error occured. See the attackment. 
Whrat I have tried:

- Rebooting the SM;
- Rebooting the AP;

- Updating both AP and SM to the last version;

- change access to HTTPS;

- changing passwords;

It just access over LAN and without being registered to an AP

I have te same problem, any updates?

Is radio pingable when you get General Error ?

Ususally it occurs when radio is not reachable and UI is loaded from cache.

Yes, when I get this error I'm able to ping and access through SSH. Just the web GUI isnt available.

Any updates on this trouble?

I have the same problem. 

AP ePMP 2000, with radius configured (EAP-TTLS and User GUI). EAP TTLS works perfect, but i'can't login with radius to SM (on AP, login works perfect with radius). 

On the side of SM, GENERAL ERROR OCURRED is the message on web login. 

Added: SM is a Powerbeam M5, with elevate software v3.4.1

I'm going to try another SM.

In the log of SM, i have this:

Sep  1 00:09:28 NePMP_ff1d4a ifup Enabling Router Solicitations on lan (br-lan)
Sep  1 00:09:34 NePMP_ff1d4a firewall removing lan (br-lan) from zone lan
Sep  1 00:09:37 NePMP_ff1d4a admin[10.100.0.11] web_interface: User 'admin' is logged in...
Sep  1 00:09:40 NePMP_ff1d4a firewall adding lan (br-lan) to zone lan

Then, "General error ocurred" is shown in the web interface

Could you please confirm you are using GUI User Authentication through RADIUS server?

Please note Elevate devices aren't supporting GUI Authentication through RADIUS server.

It is going to be fixed in 3.5 Release which will be delivered very soon.

Im trying to access using my passoword inserted in the SM. The radius authentication, I'm using just to authenticate the wireless.
