Please check type of your AirGrid is it XM or XW.

Then you can download Elevate firmware there:

Please use .bin file for the first upgrade to Elevate firmware.

In case you want to have more than 1 Elevate radio registered on ePMP AP you have to enter Elevate License Key on AP first.
