How can I verify that my third-party subscriber hardware is supported by ePMP Elevate?

Each ePMP software release is accompanied by a MIB (Management Information Base) file that serves as the device’s directory for all configuration parameters and statistics.  The ePMP MIB file contains a listing of supported third-party devices for ePMP Elevate.  This file may be downloaded from:

https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp/

To determine if your hardware is supported by a specific release:

  1. Download the software release MIB file (for example, CAMBIUM-ePMP-3.5.2-MIB) 
  2. Open the software release MIB file in a text editor. For ease of viewing, a text editor that supports paragraph formatting (i.e. Wordpad) is recommended.
  3. In the file, search for “CambiumHWInfo”
  4. Browse the DESCRIPTION section for your hardware descriptor / name
