100m and 10m interface

Why can we see two interfaces with SNMP in the 5780AP-PMP430? You can see one at 100m and other at 10m

With Canopy MIB you can see:

- if:1/if descr values Cambium 10/100 FEC

- if:2/if descr values Canopy Multipoint

So the second is the radio interface. But only 10Mbps? You can achive until 45Mbps, don't you?
