And even if you do, there comes the question of condensation. We used Trango equipment for a while, and if you screwed the cable entry down tight enough to actually grip the cable, then there were condensation and corrosion issues inside the aluminum case. I have to assume that there won’t be corrosion issues inside a plastic case, but what about condensation with a completely sealed case? Maybe put it in a larger weatherproof enclosure instead of taping it to death??
