13.3 Error - Radar Detected - DFS Failure - Zero Customer Issue

According to support they are saying the DFS alternate frequency was not configured so the AP could not switch over when radar was detected

If you look at the Alternate RF carrier frequencies we dont have them set for any of our pmp450 access points yet this failure only seems to occur in a very select group of radios that are on the 5.4 frequency range

This is an issue that is supposed to have been corrected in 13.4

What specifically we are seeing is we find an Access Point with 0 of 50 customers registered. No radar detected notification, no other visible error messages.

We have to manually reboot the access point because it is stuck and all of the customers magically re-register.

PTX,

Due to a known bug in our FPGA you may get false radar detections on 13.4 caused by the SM. The work around is to set your SM Receive Target Level setting on the AP down until you do not get any more false radar detections. This is resolved in 14.0 and forward.

As far as not having an alternate frequency configured and getting a radar detection that is something we will have to investigate.
