I tested some 2.4 Canopy gear in my office yesterday, I have not deployed any yet.
After I was done I found our Office AP (a TP link) had hung.
Does this happen much, perhaps it was just a coincidence.
We install a lot of wireless AP’s at customer houses, will this be an issue do you think?
Can you post the event log?
dont think you will find that a recurring issue. What you can do is if you have a 2.4 Wifi router at the customer, pick only one frequency for the SM to talk to (and see signal at) and set the wifi router on a dif. channel
2415 = channel 1 in Wifi
2435 = channel 2 in Wifi
2457 = channel 11 in Wifi
