200p won't load up in maestro

I have a few 200p setup and 95% of ours get onboarded with no problem. However we have a few that no matter how we onboard them they simply load up properly. They do onboard but with the MAC and some default name "cnPilot R200P-MAC" and show the IP.  I can't open up the dashboard or manage them.

What are my options?

Please check the "hostname" in device configuration file.It should show like following ?

DBID_DBASE_VERSION=1
WebInit=1
HostName=cnPilot-R200P                =======> like this

What is the firmware version ?
