24.2 SM update failure

I have an SM in good RF conditions that continuously fails to take the new 24.2 FW upgrade. I pushed to another ~20 customers with no failures. I have attempted 4-5 software updates on the SM in question, and it always reverts to the prior 22.1.2 load. I should note, ALL customers were on 22.1.2 prior to successfully moving most to 24.2

Have you tried manually updating the firmware via the radios GUI?

Are they PMP450 Radio’s or PMP450B?
