4.4.3 Smart Antenna Disconnected Alarm: But I don't have a smart antenna

Hello,

4.4.3 is giving me alarms that my smart antenna is disconnected, but I'm not using smart antennas.  Is there a way to turn off this alarm?   I'm not finding anything in the GUI.  I tried the "Force Sector Antenna" Setting, but it doesn't change the alarm.

I am getting the same cnMaestro notice for one of my 2000's after upgrading to 4.4.3. It has never had a smart antenna connected to it.

Hi all,

We are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

In the lab workaround to enable Forced Sector option works well for us.

I seem to be having the same issue on 4.6.2. cnMaestro version is 3.1.1-r8, these alarms have been around for ages and I am always told the next cnMaestro version will fix it.

It is not CnMaestro issue. It is a bug in AC platform FW. It is fixed in 4.7.0
