We still have at least a couple SMs that have uplink issues connected to a 3K AP running 4.5FW. Customers complain of poor speeds up and down and issues with VPN to work. When we do bandwidth test from router onsite, we see good download speeds, but poor upload, 2-3 Mbps. Uplink MCS rates are 13-15 and very low retransmits. We move them to a 2k AP and speeds are good. One SM is a Force300 and the other is F200.
Do you have Smart Beamforming enabled?
No, it is set to forced sector. The BSA is connected however.
Try to put to Auto, if it doesn't solve, try to reboot the radio.
We saw dramatic fluctuations on SM signal with the BSA enabled so turned it off. Left it off after hearing of reboot issues. I will try rebooting AP and SMs this weekend and test after.
