My tower is at 90ft and tree are dense and got 9.5mbps down and 1.5 mbps up at 3.96miles but other jobs get signals but no lock 5miles and 2miles

A lot will depend on the type and density of the obstacles you are trying to overcome. A nearly 4 mile shot through dense trees is pretty impressive to me...
