450m Management Port

Hi all, looking to deploy some 450m. Looking at the planning and installation guide and see that there is a ethernet management port but was going to run fiber and power up to units and run cat5e for management. Any advice/input?

You can use either the SFP or the RJ45 port for management/data, but not both at the same time. You have to set which one you’re using in the GUI. Regardless of which one you choose, you can always use the RJ45 for sync injection and PoE (450m 5GHz), or just sync injection (450m 3GHz).
