Additional information might help my understanding of your issue here…

You mention more than one sector.

  1. How many sectors are at this site?
  2. How are they being powered? Can you provide a diagram, including model numbers (especially of the power supplies being used)?
  3. Are other radios at this site stable? How many SMs are connected to each?
  4. Are you using GPS Sync? If so, what method are you using (cnPulse, CMM5, other)?
  5. Can you provide a screen shot of the error message you’re reporting (“Radio-Not-Calibrated”). Does this message remain when the radio is rebooted?

I am confused with that last question… yes, the 3 GHz 450m does receive sync from a CMM5 (but still must be DC powered).

We are having unexplained reboots as well, working with Cambium Tech Support to get to the bottom of it. We have 6 or so units, 450i and 450m, that are rebooting a few times a day. They are in the same geographic region, but not on the same tower. We think it is something on the ethernet side that might be causing these to reboot, but haven’t found the culprit yet.
