I was seeing if anyone else is having a similar issue where some SMs on 22.214.171.124 Firmware are not enforcing QoS rules set in the SM, one customer is set at 5000kbps but traffic is showing they are using a consistent 20Mbps with burst size set to 0. Any thoughts? would upgrading the SM to 16.0.1 resolve this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Can you include some details about the full QoS settings for that device? That may help in debugging the issue.
I am attaching a screenshot of the QoS settings applied in the SM, the Downlink QoS is working as it should, but the customer is still pulling 20Mbps on his uplink even with it being limited to 5000kbps and taking burst out.

We do not see the QoS issue in 126.96.36.199. I just verified it in the lab, on a PMP450 SM running 188.8.131.52.
Could you please let us know what stats are you looking at, to conclude that customer is sending 20Mbps in the UL.

we found a fix with the QoS not being enforced on the uplink side, no matter what we changed the uplink QoS to it still was moving 20Mbps consistent. We changes the PPS from 100 to kbps and put it at 5000 and he was then being limited to the 5Mbps I have emailed you the engineering file for you to review. Thanks
