450v official 6hz certs

With release of 24.0, does this mean the 450v is ok for 6ghz or is it still waiting on official certification?
If waiting are there any expected timeline for this?

Thank you!!

Sorry I missed this one… R24.0 has the features we targeted for this release, including backward compatibility and 2x40 MHz channel support (i.e. carrier aggregation). However, we were still waiting for the FCC grant to be issued for the SM. It is now done, and there will be a software update to R24.1 to allow the use of the 6 GHz band.

We are targeting a Beta release of this software in the next couple of weeks, and the official release mid-July.

Is this available now with 24.01 or has to be 24.1 not out yet??

This is what i am getting atm on 450v and 24.01

“Waiting for AFC system Information to start AFC”

From what I’ve read, AFC support will be added in 24.1

R24.0.1 is released and is the latest stable release (fixing a couple of issues from R24.0). Generally, this should be the go-to release before R24.1 becomes available. This release also supports the AFC in Canada. However, R24.1 is the release that will support the AFC in the US.

A beta version of that software is targeted for release this week.

We are in Canada and it is not working as mentioned earlier…with 24.01

Hello @rch68,

Can you send eng.cgi from 450v AP to dhaval.chaudhari@cambiumnetworks.com ?
Are you using cnMaestro NOC or cloud?

Thank you
Dhaval

FYI tried 450v on our on prem maestro but it was at 5.0.0. I then tried with Cloud Maestro account, again this did not work.

I updated on prem maestro to 5.1. I am now able to use AFC. (in Canada)

Where is 24.1 FW? I can’t find beta or production anywhere.
