5.7 sm db output

May be a dumb question but i need to know who is right

If i have 5.7 sm that is on a normal reflector dish what is the total db output of that antenna? and how did you come up with that number?

i see the dish is a gain of 17 db and the radio is 8db (i think) so is the total output 25db??
