I have a situation trying to work with Prizm-Bam 3.1 licenses.
I have 75 SM Lite 512 to 1000 licenses installed in my Prizm (I can see taht in Prizm Help>ShowLicensing>Bandwidth). I have “authentication required” enabled and “configuration source” setted to BAM in my AP.
However when licensed SMs connect to AP, I see at AP “session status” page the SMs with 512 (uplink+downlink) sustained data rate, but I already setted up this values to 700kbps sustained downlink + 200kbps sustained uplink in BAM:

In BAM I see the following message: Failed to checkout CanopyLiteSMFrom512to2000V3 license for device 0A003EF5E09E. No chekout ocurred.
What is wrong? Why message says 512to2000 when I have 512to1000 licenses? Can anybody help me with that, please?
