802.3at to Cambium Proprietary 30V adapter?

Is anyone aware of an adapter to convert standard 802.3at to  Canopy Proprietary POE? It needs to step down from 48 to 30V and flip the pinout. If not, I will try and build one. Thanks,

You can use any of the shelf 802.3at to 24V DC converter and then flip the pinout recrimping the UTP cable.

Panoptic makes POE converters - inlcuding this one that does 48v to 24v, AND also crosses over to Canopy / reversed.
