Hi Roshney,
We we able to deploy the segregated network to site and all is working well. Our setup was XPIC in the end. We managed to find, deep in the Cambium archives, a procedure to to set up VLANs on the services between each ethernet port and the MC-ABC service port.
We were able to test each service separately and they both had full use of the over-the-air throughput. We did not test each service whilst the other was passing traffic so we do not know if there was any unexpected overhead usage that restricted the total throughput.
The service has been operating for 6 months and each client is happy with the operation and capacity of the units. My concerns with the set-up is that management access can only be made through the management port. In our set up, this meant that only one of the users of the link had physical access the management port which opens up security risks for the other user. Thankfully, this was left to them to agree upon.
Here’s the link to the Cambium community post that has the instructions if you don’t already have it.
Let me know the results you get, would be interesting to see.
Thanks
Chris
