To see which S/N’s were involved in an entitlement transfer would be helpful as this would prevent a ticket from being logged to Cambium Support and saving time in finding the correct details. IE if a user with Command Centre access transferred the entitlement to the incorrect S/N no-one will know what the incorrect S/N would be as it would be in error.
