Could you tell us which product you're interested in, and which upgrade?
Generally the idea is that you purchase an upgrade and receive an Entitlement ID. The Entitlement provides you with the right to use a feature on a unit of your choice. You consume the Entitlement by applying it to a specific unit in the License Key Generator. At this stage you generate a new License Key that includes the license to use the upgrade you purchased on one ODU.
One Entitlement might provide the right to use several upgrades.
