access denied error

For some reason one of the cache files that LINKPlanner uses does not have the correct permissions. To fix this:

  • Open Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\jcox\.matplotlib
    • You may need to display hidden files and folders
  • Delete the "fontList.cache" file
  • Start LINKPlanner

The cache file will be recreated when LINKPlanner starts and it should then have the correct permissions.
