Accessing AP via IP

hey everyone,

Im working with a company who is using cambium ePMP 3000 for some LOS links. its the oddest thing that I have never seen before with any cambium gear and I hope someone might have some advice. When i am physically on the network, I can not access the AP via IP address but I can access every other piece of cambium equipment in the network. When i try to log in via VPN, i still can not access the AP. From any other network, my cell phone, my home, other employees in the company who are in another state, they all can access this gear remotely. The only thing it can be is some setting in the SM. What could I possibly be missing?
