Add email verification to guest portal

I have successfully setup a guest portal on the Cambium Cloud controller, by using the WiFi4EU template that is already available. Everything went very smoothly, thanks for that !
Now I added a user verification method (email), but this doesn't do what I would expect: you can fill in any email address there, also if it doesn't exist. The user doesn't need an activation code to get access to the network.

Would it be possible to add this functionality ?
