Hello such, I have a question: I add a 3G or 4G sim card to my radio antenna integrated EPMP 1000?

You can adapt some external device that allows me to do this?

The aim is that the antenna wifi internet spread through the sim card

I'm not sure what your trying to accomplish here. None of the Cambium products accept SIM cards, LTE radio/cards, or USB modules of any type. You would need to use a 3rd party router (like Mikrotik or PepLink) that supports SIM cards or LTE USB modules, and then connect the router to the ePMP 1000.
