In the US, ePMP 4600 running 5.7.1-RC9, AFC Tx is limited to 10 dBm when graph is showing full EIRP is available for frequency chosen. Antenna is a 18 dBi sector. Why is this?

Found the answer. On the graph I was overlapping by 5 on a reduced area. Kind of hard to see.
