All onboarded devices showing offline (On-Premises)

Hello Cambium Team.

I also have a problem with my cnmaestro on premises it shows all onboarded devices as offline. But when i click on the ip address it will launch me into the radio directly.

All onboarded devices on my cnMaestro onpremise keeps displaying offline all the time this started 3months ago.

Pls i need help.

Hi @KOwopetu123,

Could you please try pinging from device to cnMaestro on-prem and let us know the status. (Try login to any device cli and perform ping)
We suspect there might be issue with Gateway or DNS.
