Hi! I am experiencing a strange thing with Amazon Alexa. Alexa app is too slow to load and even can’t load some pages. I called Amazon support to help me and the guy, after many tries, told me to link to www.alexa.amazon.com.br or alexa.amazon.com to complete configuring Amazon Echo, but I couldn’t link on both adresses. There was a message saying time took too long so it was not possible to load that page. At the other side, Support told me both pages were ok. I restart my modem and CnPilots E410 but with no result. As a last try, I turned off the wifi on my phone when app crashed, and for my surprise page loaded in 4g band, so I continued and turned wifi on again later. So I could configure Amazon Echo but Alexa app still crashes during operation.
