When trying to add an SM to our existing CBRS AP, I am getting the following message : "SM RF channel su suspended by CBRS - Bridging Disabled! " Can anyone tell me what that message means and how to fix it to get the customer online? Thank you
Double check all your SM’s information that you’re CPI would enter in. I’ve had this happen when entering in something wrong, like AMSL vs. AGL.
You also should be able to get a bit more detail on the issue by logging into the AP, going to Logs → CBRS Log, finding the SM you’re having issues with, and then pressing ‘save changes’… it will display the logs for that SM.
