Hello, I have a 5.7 ghz Cyclone canopy unit.
CANOPY 6.1 Software
CANOPYBOOT 3.0
and
FPGA Version 051104 (Single, 40MHz ExtBus, DES, Type0)
Since we have had the unit (~2.5 years), it has “locked up” a total of 3 times, two of which happened in the last two weeks. During this time, No SMs can register with the AP and no signal is shown from the AP via the alignment tool. A cold power cycle (unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in) fixes it… I am concerned that this is not a “one time thing” so to speak…
Is this a known issue that is fixed in a newer software release, or is this a “new” issue? I am not using GPS for a timing source, it is a single unit that is generating its own sync.

There was a known AP lockup issue fixed in one of the 7.x releases. I would suggest upgrading to the latest software release.
