AP´s will not upgrade from 8.2 using CNUT 3.11

Hi Trying to upgrade the AP´s through CNUT 3.11 and after connecting to them as they start programming they freeze and cannot even ping them ? any ideas ?

I’ve had the same problem upgrading SMs from 8.2 to 8.2.4. Here are a few of the things I’ve done to complete the upgrade:

1. Reboot the SM and try again. This has worked a few times.
2. If you can connect to an AP that is on 8.2.4 and enable auto update, this has always worked. The AP will update the SM for you.

3. Take the SM down to 8.1.5.1 and then to 8.2.4. Only tried this once but it worked. In all cases, things went smooth from 8.2.4 on up to 9.3

Try using CNUT 2.2 to upgrade to 8.2.4 and CNUT 3.1 to upgrade to 9.0 or 9.3
