This doesnt happen in all the customers but I have seen some where they get the wrong vaule from the bam server. I do rescan and it gets the right value then in a day or so its back to the wrong vaule. Any help?

i havnt seen this happen, but maybe on your AP you have it set as "Authentication Optional"

It should be set as “Authentication Required” when using BAM.

also make sure the AP is set to use BAM instead of SM for the configuration source…you will find this under the AP’s configuration page near the top.

Authentication is set to required.

And is also set to Bam Only[/quote]
