Having a hard time locating the OID for "Bandwidth Request Success" percentage.

Depending on the Frame Utilization Stats display interval, you can use the following OIDs

For 1min interval --- frUtlLowIntervalBwReqPercentage .1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.1.12.1.19.0
For 5min interval --- frUtlMediumIntervalBwReqPercentage .1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.1.12.2.19.0
For 15min interval --- frUtlHighIntervalBwReqPercentage .1.3.6.1.4.1.161.19.3.1.12.3.19.0
