Prizm ver 3.10r4
First the “Element Statistic” attribute list in my Prizm shows:
Total Current Daily Bytes Rx
Total Current Daily Bytes Tx
(Missing Entry for Total Current Monthly Bytes Rx)
Total Current Monthly Bytes Tx
…
Clearly someone left an attribute off the list.
That said, my problem is when the Alert runs the reported bandwidth values are grossly wrong. Daily usage is sometimes reported in Terrabytes and sometimes in Petabytes. Values like 2.4E19 are showing up.
I suspect that there is no easy fix for this but if anyone has one, I’d appreciate knowing it as I have a number of file sharers that I need to identify.
