Best Practices For Changing The Frequency On An Existing CBRS Enabled AP

Hello All,

I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of changing the Frequency on an existing CBRS enabled AP? I’m sure there is some documentation out there, but I have been unable to locate it.

Use the SA on the AP to find a nice clean spot, and just change the channel on the AP. Easy peasy DONE!

When you change the frequency it will relinquish the grant then re-request a new grant on the next heartbeat. Usually, about 2 minutes of downtime unless you in an area that frequently needs CPAs.
