It looks like frequency problem on one side.
Is your backhaul conectorized?

Then block the used frequencies and see what will happen.

they are locked :P
Then unlock everything. If you have APs on the same band turn them off for a test. Try to do better alignment and see the forum or the manual how to change the region code so you can use greater power. If this doesn’t help you will have to use that BH somewhere else.

i cant’find how to change region code (in the manual is wrote that must buy a new license) is the only way ?

Lock all the frequencies except 5641, 5653 and 5689. You will have to do it on the master side.
My 5.4 BH30 has Max Transmit Power of 25 dBm, what is yours value for that?

I see that you are using fixed frequency, change to Assymetrical DFS so that the radio would select the best channel
I have to BH60 on same tower, they were using auto DFS. I rebooted the whole equipment and both of them were on same channel using half of the best possible modulation. Don’t use DSF if you can avoid it.

with dfs enable i'm experiencing very downtime ... i'm must organize my cluster now
