Anyone every run across this?
I have an older 5.7BH20 (presumming P8 since it can’t do hardware scheduling). I put the override plug in, programmed it all, took the plug out and reset it. When it comes back up i can’t get in with the new IP settings. I use the 169.254.1.1 IP to access it and it says that it still have the override plug in. Is this toast and needs to get sent in to be repaired?
What SW version? Update to 7.3.6 or reinstall 7.3.6.
edit: Do the RJ11 pins look fine after the removal of the default plug?
Unfortunately my boss has already packaged it up and set it for repair so I won’t be able to know if that fixes it or not, i’ll keep that in mind for the future though.
It was already at 7.36 so all I could have done is reinstall it.
we had a problem on 5.7 bh just like that, all we did was un-solder leads from the timing port off of the board, worked fine after that. of course just remember what the ip is because you obviously cannot use default plug anymore

LOL
I guess that is one solution. :)
We can repair this and all types of Canopy Modules with quick turnaround, and exhaustive burn-in/testing of each radio.
