BH transformed into a SM

Friends at Canopy Support

Recently a client sent us a Canopy BH10 which was originally bought as a 10Mbps Backhaul, but somehow after one reboot the antenna changes to SM. How can this be possible?, Is there a chance to correct this problem? I mean, How can we go back the change and make it BH again?
