BH20 rebooting every 5 minutes after upgrading to 8.1

Hi:

I have an extensive network deployed with Canopy. I really had no troubles, excellent devices, but after I upgraded one BH20 from 7.3.6 to 8.1 software this devices has been rebooting constantly every 5 to 10 minutes. I attach the event log, the version obtained via telnet, a latency graphic after upgrading and the information required by “CanopyRel81NotesIss1a” document.


How to solve this???

Can you please call support to get this issue logged? I forwarded your post and some notes to tier 3 support so they are aware of it however they need to receive an escalation from tier 1 (the support center). You can either email or phone in, the contact info is in my signature.

The more information you provide the better. I would recommend running the “gather customer support” tool in CNUT. Make sure its ran on both BH’s.

Did you make sure the units were running Hardware Scheduling prior to the upgrade to 8.1.4?
