Blinking PWR on C050045C019A

I can't find the model for part no. C050045C019A  but suddenly it stopped working and the router complains about PPPoE timing out. The PWR led is blinking orange, unsure if that is correct.

Do you know where I can find the model and info on the error?

I suggest you contact your ISP to resolve this issue.

This could be a hardware fault, and they will need to service your equipment.
