When performing software upgrades/downgrade in cnMaestro, do not UNCHECK the box associated with the “Allow X SMs to upgrade in parallel” option (shown in the attached screenshot).
A bug was discovered that may cause the softare upgrade/downgrade job to hang and you will not be able to stop the job. The root cuase has been identified and this issue is expected to be resovled by next week.
In the interim, if this happens to you, we can provide support to manually remedy the situation.
