I have CactiEZ on a box, and I have found that if i do a ifconfig to give the box a static IP, every day or two it seems, it sets its self back to dhcp. Does anyone know how to make this assignment permanent?
It is not rebooted or anything… it just decides to renew its address from static to dhcp
Try configuring it from the WebMin interface
https://serverip:10000
-> Networking
-> Network Configuration
